Oscars 2013: Stars head to LA as pre-ceremony parties get underway

WIth just a few days to go, stars of the silver screen are gearing up for Sunday night's Oscars ceremony. On Thursday the likes of Jessica Chastain, Helen Hunt, Orlando Bloom and Emmy Rosum headed to some of Hollywood's hottest venues, the Avalon nightclub and Italian restaurant Culina to celebrate the impending awards.

Jessica, who is a nominated in the 'Best Actress' category for her role in Zero Dark Thirty, sported a striking blue dress by designer Andrew GN. The knee-length cobalt number was topped with a bejeweled cape, contrasting with the actress' auburn locks. Jessica completed her outfit with simple nude Louboutins, pale pink lipstick and matching nail polish.
