Adele tweets cute picture of baby Angelo's 'best son' Oscar
The world is more familiar with his superstar mum, but Adele's five-month-old son baby Angelo is also a little star.
Oscar winning Adele tweeted a picture of her trophy, which she secured for Bond theme Skyfall, alongside a miniature version she picked up for Angelo at a souvenir shop. Next to the mini statue was a sign which read "best son" – a lovely homage to her baby with partner Simon Konecki.
Adele and her family are returning home with her award season loot, which includes a Golden Globe, a Grammy and her beloved Oscar. "...and we're home! What an epic trip," she wrote on the microblogging site. "Thanks for having us Hollywood!"
The British songstress returns as one of the UK's most successful exports in the US. Still just 24, her stellar career peaked with her Oscar win in the Best Song category.
Adele struggled to contain her tears as she accepted the award. "Thank you so much, this is amazing!" she said, before paying tribute to her boyfriend Simon: "And my man, I love you."
Despite scaling the dizzying heights of fame, Adele's aunt Anita Adkins has revealed that her niece is still the same down-to-earth Brixton girl that conquered the music industry, saying "what you see is what you get".
Anita told The Sun: "She doesn't get any special treatment – of course not. Why would she?
"There's plenty of nieces, nephews and grandchildren in this family so no one gets any special treatment, I can tell you. They're all treated the same.
"Adele comes round and she's still got to go and make her nan a cup of tea, I'm afraid."
