Best moments from the most fun-filled Oscars in years

The glamour and the glitz are always a given, but the 2014 Oscars also delivered bundles of fun and pizza courtesy of hostess Ellen DeGeneres. There were also some heartfelt moments as newcomer Lupita Nyong'o celebrated her win along with old hands such as Matthew McConaughey, Jared Leto and Cate Blanchett who touchingly could hardly believe their luck either. Joking that the ceremony is like The Hunger Games, she also handed out pizzas to the grateful - and giggling - audience. It's well known that the dainty finger food typically on offer doesn't fill up the guests. The pizza delivery guy had no idea that he would also be roped in to make a cameo on stage.

"Put rumours to rest: We are indeed dating,” he said. "I've been having fun, I hope she is too.” Jared went on to give Anne Hathaway a fright at the Vanity Fair party.
