The Oscars 2016

How much would it cost you to go to the Oscars?

If you've ever dreamed of rubbing shoulders with Hollywood's elite at the Oscars, you could be in luck – if you have a spare £200,000 lying around that is. A London-based concierge service is offering a no expense spared trip to Los Angeles for two people, which includes tickets to watch the Academy Awards on 28 February.

The cost includes travel from London to Los Angeles, complete with champagne and a five-star menu cooked up by a personal chef. Upon arrival in LA, guests will travel by chauffeur-driven car to a luxury Hollywood mansion previously featured in The Godfather and The Bodyguard, with a personal butler on-site to cater to their every need.

When Oscars day rolls around, the duo will get glammed up for the big night with the help of a top celebrity stylist, before taking their seats at a top table in the Dolby Theatre. There they will watch Chris Rock host the awards ceremony, before mingling with the A-List winners and nominees at the star-studded after parties.

The pricey package has been put together by members service Innerplace Concierge, a company owned by former banker Tim Badham. The company aims to offer "privileged access to the finest nightlife and entertainment" for their "well dressed, well heeled and well behaved" members.

Attendees may get to see Leonardo DiCaprio win his first Oscar

The 88th Academy Awards take place on Sunday 28 February, with the ceremony sure to offer a memorable night out for anyone feeling flush enough to pay for tickets. Not only could it provide the chance to see Leonardo DiCaprio win his very first Best Actor Oscar after missing out on his five previous nominations, attendees may also get a taste of celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck's extravagant menu for the Governors Ball, which includes everything from lobster and Chinese-style crab to flambé doughnuts and gold-coated chocolate Oscars.
